Elevated Denver Announces Opening of Community Resource Connections Hub

On June 2, Elevated Denver opened its Community Resource Connection Hub at Westwood Community Center (1000 S. Lowell Blvd.)

Elevated Denver is a nonprofit dedicated to addressing homelessness by centering and amplifying the voices of those with lived expertise in designing sustainable, responsive solutions. Elevated Denver strives to support neighbors who are struggling to maintain housing, as well as those who are newly unhoused by connecting them to resources that will help them maintain or regain stability.

The Community Resource Connection Hub’s services are provided free of charge by compassionate staff members and offered in English and Spanish.
